Each of the three brothers comes to his father with his wife (fiancée). The younger brother or his fiancée is considered worthless, but the girl turns out to be a sorceress and surpasses the brides of her older brothers in everything.

{The lyrics in this episode share elements with texts that include the motif K89 (The Girl and the Witch: Family Gifts) and K70 (Two Daughters-in-Law: A Girl and a Frog). However, in European versions, the frog is a heroine, and in Siberian and North American versions, it is an impostor liar}.
